Lake Michigan photo shoot

Recently, we captured some of my motherhood mini sessions along the shores of Lake Michigan. Here, I love the natural beauty between a mom and her baby, along with the natural beauty of Chicago.

To begin, I love this sandy, wooded area along the beachfront. And, the golden hour of sunset was perfection today.

Now, as this adorable baby I’ve been photographing since birth walked toward the water, with that little backward look, it was perfection to me!

And, without a cloud in the sky, on a warm, summer night, our Lake Michigan photo shoot was perfect!

Now, with our toes wet and the sun slowly setting, that was a wrap to a perfect beach night!
